Leading consumer durables manufacturer Usha International Ltd (UIL) on Wednesday said it has launched a new range of 15 fans, a juice extractor and a centrifugal pump in the Gujarat market.
It has also entered the brown goods segment with the launch of cook tops, soon to be followed by built-in hobs and cooker hoods.
A company spokesman said here that Usha International’s range of products includes new decorative fans in metallic colours, fully automatic sewing machines and industrial machines for garment manufacturers.
Company activitiesThe company has also increased its expenditure on various promotional activities in Gujarat by taking up hoardings, press advertisements and banner campaigns all across the State. Some of its recent products include cook tops in three series and 14 different models, designed to suit varied cooking needs.
They are currently available in select cities and a national launch is planned in the near future.
Built-in hobs and cooker hoods will also be launched shortly, the company said.
